As a way to measure the overall wellbeing and engagement of our staff we organise an annual Employee Engagement Survey, giving our existing employees the opportunity to provide honest and open feedback on their latest 12 months with us. This allows us as a business to develop and maintain a culture where our employees can stay motivated.

Based on the results of our 2020 survey, we can proudly say that throughout this difficult period, our teams have continued to be motivated and giving their best, which in turn enables Greenray to continuously support our Customer’s and their operations.
