We supply genuine OEM package part replacements which have been engineered and checked against our extensive records, to match the build of your turbine.
All parts supplied carry a full OEM warranty.
We have exclusive use of the intellectual property rights and are the appointed technical authority for the GEC Gas Turbine Fleet. This allows us full access to the original drawings and technical data to investigate and source suitable replacements or alternatives from other sources. Where parts are not available our team of engineers work with our manufacturers and customers to supply alternatives that meet the specifications required.
The Greenray Supply Chain function manages all aspects of parts supply to satisfy operational and strategic gas turbine requirements. We hold a comprehensive stock of both small consumable and large capital parts at our UK facility.
Inventory levels are maintained to support routine service demands directly from stock with capital parts scheduled to meet customer demand dates or forecast stockholding requirements.
More complex parts require close attention to detail in respect of engineering, delivery and quality assurance aspects. Our dedicated Sourcing and Engineering staff manage these through a range of specialised processes. Greenray's expertise covers processes including casting, forging, fabrication and machining.
Greenray also owns tooling for the manufacture of parts for the range of large industrial and aero-derivative gas turbines in our portfolio. This, along with exclusive access to technical data, gives Greenray the capability to manufacture legacy parts for mature products.
